Any weight loss product should be within the normal persons budget. You do get good systems that cost money but that should be it. No ongoing costs for this little extra, that little add on etc.

These diets are all over the tv and magazines. You simply can't avoid them being shoved down our throats.
“Lose 10lbs in a week”
“Lose 5 inches in 5 days”
“Look like
your favorite star if you drink this formula”
Sure most of these will work in the very short term. But so would starving yourself for a few days, and that's the last thing you want to try. Not eating normally throws your system out of whack and you end up being cranky and hungry.
As soon as you start to eat normally again the weight you lose with these diets just comes piling back on, usually with a bit extra! In the early days you get your hopes up only to be sorely dissapointed later. Lets not even mention how unhealthy and potentially toxic some of these are. I would say most people can't lose weight, and keep it off with these diets.

An increasing number of people who can't lose weight, or find it difficult are turning to weight loss "pills" to shed the pounds.
I don't know where to start on the many dangers of these pills. Most simply make you shed fluid which is no good to your long term health. Short term you may look ok but the fat is still there and you run the risk of dehydrating.
